If you are in Italy, you can watch the Sanremo on Rai 1, the main public television channel. If you are outside of Italy, you can watch the festival on RaiPlay, the Rai’s streaming service. For the Festival days the access is not blocked outside Italy, because it’s such an important event for Italians worldwide.
